Plan Details
- This family-friendly, Modern Farmhouse style, 2-story house plan has a small footprint with just the right amount of detail to make it both attractive in your neighborhood and cost-effective to build.
- Inside from the covered front porch, guests are received into the openly defined living room with its warming fireplace. A few steps farther in reveal the island kitchen and adjacent dining area with access to the outdoors.
- A utility area hosts the staircase to the upper level and includes a laundry room, powder bath and mudroom with a built-in bench — which accesses the 2-car garage.
- Upstairs, the master suite is separated from the secondary bedrooms for privacy. The master bath includes a walk-in shower, along with a sizeable walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bath.

- Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurement
- Foundation Plans: will include a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for that home plan. (Please refer to the home plan’s details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific home plan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
- Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. They are shown as a separate sheet to make the floor plans more legible.
- Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each floor
